Our Golden Argan is 100% natural & organic, however, our argan-infused shampoo & conditioner are made of ingredients that are plant-based and 90% from natural origins to ensure that your hair gets the most care and nourishment.

Where Can I Keep My Golden Argan?

Argan Oil should be stored at a cool and dry place away from light to preserve its quality. Still, should you not worry as our Golden Argan is Supplied in UV-Protective Packaging: Dark cobalt blue glass bottle with a glass eye dropper for ease-of-use.

How Do I Know If My Order Was Processed?

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Once you receive the shipment email, your order has been processed successfully. You can check the status of your order by visiting the Order Tracker page.

If you don’t receive an email within 10-15 minutes, please make sure to check your spam folder and white list our email address.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Hence, any cancelation should be made within 24 hours. For further information, make sure to check Returns page.

When Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Once your order is shipped out by our team, you will receive an email with your tracking number information. This usually takes 2-3 business days. For example, if you submit your order on Friday or during the weekend, our warehouse team will have your order shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday (non-holidays).

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Once your order is submitted, our warehouse will ship it within 3-4 business days or 6-10 business days, depending on the delivery method you’ve selected. For further details, please check our Shipping/Delivery page.

What If My Product Is Faulty Or Damaged?

In case your delivered product is faulty or damaged, please reach us at within 10-14 days of receipt. It’s important to attach a photo of the damage to your email, for a replacement of the product.

What If My Order Is Returned To The Sender?

Returns due to an error made by the customer, providing incorrect or incomplete address information or an unclaimed package will be subject to a re-ship fee to cover used shipping supplies. Reship fees can be waived at our discretion. Please contact Deverda support for more information.
